After passing Marble Arch we enter Oxford Street the largest shopping street in London, and also entering the Congestion Charge Zone. Here we see many buses of all kinds, old and new side by side. We pass many famous department stores such as the largest Marks & Spencer in the UK, Selfridges at 400 Oxford Street and many more. Making its way slowly through the sea of traffic and people, the bus gradually approaches Bond Street station & West One shopping for interchange with the Central and Jubilee Lines. We then pass the House of Frasier, Debenhams and John Lewis, as we approach Oxford Circus.

At Oxford Circus, the junction of Oxford Street with Regent Street. Oxford Street continues further explored by the other bus route in development 73, but the 12 turns right here, going south down Regent Street another famous street. We pass Hamley's the famous toy store and continue as we approach the curve down to Piccadilly Circus. The 12 then continues down to Trafalgar Square passing many famous landmarks and then on to Westminster - Where Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament are passed. The route is intended to stop here but may make it to Elephant & Castle.
